Customers have bought the “delicious” product, which they think is perfect for cooking in the air fryer.
Mac and cheese is one of those dishes that is hard to hate – in fact, the cheese and pasta combination is hard to miss.
So it’s no surprise that a new $ 4 variant of Aldi’s popular pasta combo has been attracting a huge fan base since it launched in July.
The pre-made Mac and Cheese Crispbakes, which are crumbled packets of macaroni pasta and cheese sauce, have proven popular with shoppers who say they cook perfectly in a hot air fryer.

“They’re amazing and I made them in the air fryer,” commented one person on the Mac and Cheese Crispbakes on the Aldi Mums Facebook group.
Other buyers said the mac and cheese were “yummy” and “delicious” and pointed out that if you didn’t have a hot air fryer, you could still cook them in a regular oven.
“They’re great, air fryer 180 (degrees) seven minutes per side,” advised one shopper.
But if you want to get your hands on the Mac and Cheese Crispbakes, get your hands on them quickly – they’re a seasonal item, which means they’re only in stock at Aldi for a limited time.
Aldi is famous for its limited foods.

A shopper posted on Aldi Mums’ Facebook group that the desserts have been “deleted” from stores, with the supermarket being known to mark limited edition products with a “D” if they are not replenished.
“I am absolutely gutted,” wrote the Victorian woman. “That was a great pleasure for the family.”
Her post attracted more than 100 comments from buyers who were equally upset by the news.
In addition to its main products, Aldi offers a selection of time-limited or seasonal products, including cheese specialties, desserts and frozen foods.
Occasionally, these items become so popular that Aldi decides to keep them in stock year-round, with its Urban Eats Spanakopita and Cheese Tiropita becoming solid freezers last year.
