Binghamton Man convicted again of the murder of Antler Lodge

A Binghamton man originally convicted of the murder of a man outside the Antler Lodge Social Club in Binghamton in 2017 is convicted again.

The Appeals Department of the New York State Supreme Court granted 36-year-old Joshua Taylor a retrial, but was found guilty again on Thursday, December 16, 2015, of the shooting of 33-year-old James High.

Taylor shot High outside the infamous Chenango Street Club, which has since been closed, in the wee hours of July 24, 2015 after an argument that started in the bar. High was found lying on the sidewalk in front of the building.

Taylor was convicted of murder in September 2017 and sentenced to a maximum of 25 years in prison in December of that year.

There is no word on when the condemnation will come for this most recent condemnation.
