An expert from the report makes it clear that the Michigan election was fair and conducted without bias:
No evidence is currently presented to show that either significant acts of fraud have been committed or that an organized, large-scale attempt has been made to commit fraudulent activity in order to undermine the will of Michigan voters … Citizens should be confident that the results are the true results of the ballots cast by the people of Michigan.
While Trump has not yet commented on the report, he proposed in a statement in May against Michigan lawmakers, saying that lawmakers who fail to review the “fraudulent 2020 presidential election” should “be ousted”. .
All Republican members of the committee, including Senator Edward McBroom, Senator Lana Theis and Senator John Bizon, formally adopted the report in a meeting on Wednesday. The only Democrat on the committee, Senator Jeff Irwin, did not officially adopt the report as he says he supports unnecessary electoral laws put forward by the state’s GOP members.
